Shipping via UPS

You can easily send your package to us via a UPS service point. The costs for shipping via a UPS service point depend on the country starting from € 25,-.

You need to create a sales order through our website. For shipments from the Netherlands and Belgium, you can choose up to € 5,000 for UPS service point. We will receive your sales order and create a shipping label for you (during office hours), which you will receive from us via email. You will also receive packing instructions. You need to bring the package with the printed and affixed label to the service point of your choice.

Safe and Discreet

  • UPS service point does not know what is inside the package.
  • We recommend Primera or Bruna as they best follow the procedures here.

How do I package my precious metal?

Use sturdy cardboard Make sure the package is securely packed and does not rattle, so that it is sent discreetly.
Check the package The package must not have any defects from the outside and must be handed over in good condition.
Seal the package We recommend sealing the package well so that it cannot be opened unnoticed during transport.
Avoid value-related terms on the package It is not necessary to mention our name on the package, we will provide our own address sticker for the shipment to our warehouse.
