Do you want to send your package fully insured with the convenience of home pickup? Then our home courier is an option for you. Our home courier is specialized in deliveries with valuable shipments. This means all drivers are extensively trained, work accurately and discreetly, and your package will be fully insured.

The costs for pickup by the home courier are €25 for daytime pickups and €35 for evening pickups. For sales orders over €10,000, pickup by our home courier is free of charge.

How do I package my precious metal?

Use sturdy cardboard Make sure that the package is securely packed and that it does not rattle so that it is sent discreetly.
Check the package The package must have no defects from the outside and must be handed over in good condition.
Seal the package We advise to seal the package well with tape so that it cannot be opened unnoticed during transport.
Avoid value related terms on the package It is not necessary to mention our name on the package, we will provide an address sticker for shipping to our warehouse.
