Shipping via PostNL

You can easily send your package to us via a PostNL service point. The cost for shipping via a PostNL service point is € 15,-.

You need to create a sales order via our website. For shipments from the Netherlands and Belgium, you can choose up to €2,000 for PostNL service points. We will receive your sales order and create a shipping label for you (during office hours), which you will receive from us via email. You will also receive packing instructions. You bring the package to the service point of your choice with the printed and confirmed label.

Safe and Discreet

  • The PostNL service point does not know what is in the package.
  • We recommend a Primera or Bruna as they follow the procedures best.

How do I package my precious metal?

Use sturdy cardboard Make sure the package is packed securely and that it doesn't rattle, so it can be sent discreetly.
Check the package The package must not have any defects from the outside and must be handed over in good condition.
Seal the package We advise to tape the package well so that it cannot be opened unnoticed during transport.
Avoid value-related terms on the package It is not necessary to mention our name on the package, we will take care of an address sticker for the shipment to our warehouse.
